Home to the best selling low calorie treats brand

Established by Peter Saunders in 1976 in Aberaeron, Wales, Halo Foods originated as a honey farm. Since then, the company underwent a transformative journey, diversifying its offerings to include a range of cereal, nut, and confectionary bars. While expanding across multiple sites in Wales, Halo Foods ultimately found its permanent home in 2001 at the former Lovells Confectionary site in Newport, Wales.

In 2018, Halo Foods introduced its inaugural brand, Skinny Bars, featuring a selection of cereal and nougat based treats. Since its inception, Skinny Bars has experienced substantial growth, expanding its offerings to include a variety of bars, breakfast cereals, and hot chocolate. The brand has gained widespread popularity and is now available in major grocery, discount and retail stores across the UK and Ireland.
